Jens Schnabel (Location - California)

Jens has been a professional artist since 1994. With very little formal training he decided to leave his home country and become a member
of the Warner Bros. Scenic Art Department. As computer programs had not taken over the industry at that time, he was one of the last lucky
ones to learn the highly regarded craft of scenic art, from the last old masters in the business. Working for the studio did not only shape him as
an artist but also gave him the opportunity to work on numerous major feature films, like Bat Man, Spider Man, The Relic, The Hulk, Charlie’s
Angels 1+2, Eraser, Artificial Intelligence and Lemony Snicket, just to name a few.

After 10 years of Scenic Art he decided that it was time to move on and focus on his personal work. He started working with the band “the feisty
piranhas” for about 4 years as an art director and artist. As this work began to take its toll on his personal work he left and is since focusing
solely on his personal work, which can be found in private homes of art collectors throughout Germany, Spain and the United States.
